Keyboarding Units
These units are designed to teach students how to touch type (or type without
looking). California content standards for grade four list "basic
keyboarding skills" as a language arts standard. Units one through five each
contain fifty activities. Unit One introduces all the alphabet keys and a
few punctuation marks. The remaining units are intended to develop speed and
accuracy. Unit Zero is intended for students below the fourth grade. Unit
Zero contains only thirty lessons.
