Directions
You are dealt five cards. You must calculate the value of these cards. You
must multiply repeat cards and add the rest. Here are some sample hands:

2. Q 3 3 4 4 = 3x3+4x4+12=37
3. 3 5 A 2 9 = 3+5+1+2+9=20
4. 2 2 2 2 8 = 2x2x2x2+3=19
If you correctly calculate the value of your cards, that value is added to
your score. Otherwise, you lose one point.
You must accumulate 10,000 points to win. (The maximum amount that will be
added to your score on a single turn is 2000.)
