Speech Bubbles

Also known as speech balloons, dialogue balloons or word balloons, speech bubbles are "a graphic convention used most commonly in comic books, comics and cartoons to allow words (and much less often, pictures) to be understood as representing the speech or thoughts of a given character in the comic."

ASSIGNMENT:

Your job is to change the sample project as follows:

  • Change the characters. Their heads still have to move back and forth, but the characters' heads and bodies must be different.
  • Create a dialogue between your two characters in which each character has at least five turns.
  • Total word count for the dialogue must be at least 100 words.
  • The dialogue must make sense. It can't just be random stuff and it can't be repetitive.
  • Provide a button at the bottom of the screen area for the user to press to go to the next speech bubble.
