  4  + 2 = 6
  6  + 2 = 8
  8  + 2 = 10
  10 + 2 = 12
  12 + 2 = 14
  14 + 2 = 16
  16 + 2 = 18

  2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18

NOTE: Counting by twos seem difficult at first to the student, but with some practice the skill will develop. Practice with the student until the student is confident in counting by twos all the way to 18.
