Lesson One: Addition Review

Addition is fundamental to almost everything you can do in arithmetic in one way or another. This lesson is a really easy review of simple addition. You will probably find this lesson to be real easy. This is a good thing, but remember how important addition is and take this lesson seriously anyway.

Below are shown the the basic digits (other than zero). We show a picture representing the digits, the word name for the digits and the digits themselves. How would we draw a picture representing the digit zero?

Sometimes looking at a bunch of dots can be confusing and so get used to these patterns of dots since they will be used throughout this lesson!
