Lesson Eighty: Computing Grade Point Averages

The traditional letter grading system looks something like this: 

	A: Excellent
	B: Good
	C: Average
	D: Below Average
	F: Failing
When computing the grade point average these letter grades have the following values: 

	A: 4
	B: 3
	C: 2
	D: 1
	F: 0
Usually a student is given grades in several students and a grade point average can be computed as we will see in just a little bit.
