There are a lot of ways of converting addition numbers sentences into addition word sentences. Consider the following example: 

    Number Sentence: 48 + 12 = 

    Word Sentences: 	48 plus 12
			What is the sum of 48 and 12?
			What is 12 added to 48?
			48 increased by 12
