When rounding to the nearest 10 follow these rules:
  1. If the digit in the ones column is 4 or less, round down. (EXAMPLE: 44 rounds down to 40.)
  2. If the digit in the ones column is 5 or more, round up. (EXAMPLE: 45 rounds up to 50.)
