Lesson Sixty-five: Letter Recognition


Letters

	sat		fat		dog
	
	jam		fly		day

	six		beg		bed

	has		out		mad

	lid		let		leg

NOTES:

  1. Have the student count the number of letters in each word.
  2. Say each word and spell each word for the student.
  3. Point to a word and ask the student to identify the first, second, or third letter each the word. Do this for each word.
  4. Have the student either trace or draw each letter in each word.
  5. The intent of the next several lessons is not to teach words, but to practice letter recognition.
