Palindromes
A palindrome is a special kind of word which reads the same forward as it
does backward. Here are some examples:
noon non racecar
level kayak eve
radar madam rotator
Take any of the words shown in this example and reverse the order of the
letters and you will find that the letters are the same forwards and
backwards.
The following words are NOT palindromes:
storm group group
clinic shafts skills
There are two basic types of palindromes:
mirror image: abccba
odd number of letters: abcba
In either case the letters are the same backwards as forwards.
Here are a few more palindromes:

mom pop repaper
