Verb Tense

Consider the following examples: 


	They crawl through the mud.

	He crawls through the mud.

	I crawl through the mud.

	She crawls through the mud.

	We crawl through the mud.

	It crawls through the mud.

	You crawl through the mud.
As you can see we use a different form of crawl/crawls depending on the subject. For They, I, We, and You, we use crawl, but for He, She, and It, we use crawls.

Here are a few more examples for you to study: 


	We climb the mountain.
	
	She climbs the mountain.

	They jump on the bed.

	He jumps on the bed.

	I touch the rock.

	It touches the rock.
