Adjectives

Adjectives can be used to describe a noun. Here are some descriptive adjectives:


	beautiful	smelly		tall

	nimble		friendly	funny

	athletic	smart		weird

	strange		horrible	terrible

	tasty		great		flat

	smooth		fuzzy		cold

Some nouns can be transformed into adjectives by adding -al onto their end:

	NOUN			ADJECTIVE
	education		educational
	nutrition		nutritional
	graphic			graphical


Synonyms

Here are some synonyms for clean:


	spotless	immaculate	washed

	fresh		tidy		scrubbed
	                                                
Synonyms are words with the same meaning. They don't have to have exactly the same meaning, but they should be very close in meaning. Here are a few synonym pairs:

	close - near		large - big		wet - moist

	enormous - huge		small - tiny		thin - slender

	clear - transparent	hold - grasp		tasty - delicious
