Irregular Plurals

There are some nouns which don't follow the normal rules when it comes to pluralization. These irregular plural forms of nouns don't follow any rules. Here are a few examples:


	SINGULAR NOUN			PLURAL NOUN
	  mouse				  mice
	  goose				  geese
	  foot				  feet
	  tooth				  teeth
	  louse				  lice
	  deer				  deer
	  sheep				  sheep
	  man				  men
	
You can see certain similarities between some of these examples, but there are no rules that always apply.

One word from the spelling list can be pluralized in two ways:


	nucleus

	option one: nuclei 

	option two: nucleuses (follows the add -es rule)
