Letter Patterns

The th and ch letter patterns are found many times in this list of words. 


	CH			TH
	each			leather
	peach			weather
	teacher			fourth
You will recognize the sound of ch from words such as chicken, child, and cherry. The th letter pattern begins words such as that, this, and thing.

Several words have double vowel letter patterns other than the ea letter pattern. 


	sleet		glacier		fourth
Finally many words have double consonants besides ch and th.
