Anagrams

Anagrams are pairs of words and/or phrases which are composed of the same letters. Here are some word anagrams:


	care - race		lead - deal		tide - tied

	eat - ate		step - pets		god - dog

	sole - lose		there - three		silent - listen

As you can see each pair of words are made of the same letters. The difference being that the letters are rearranged. Here are a few more examples:

	words - sword		mean - name		was - saw

	read - dear		meat - team		this - hits

	alter - later		needs - dense		hose - shoe

There are tons of word anagrams and if you spend enough time you can probably come up with many more that are not listed in this lesson.

	snap - pans		stem - mets		are - ear

	pan - nap		peek - keep		peal - leap

	reed - deer		eat - tea		net - ten


The first couple of examples shown above involve words from this unit.

	tied - diet		net - ten		quiet - quite

	blue - lube		gear - rage		meat - team

	edit - tide		eat - ate		start - tarts
