The Semicolon:

The semicolon ( ; ) is a home row key. In fact, you right pinky finger has probably been resting right above it for the last twenty lessons and so it is about time that we do something with it. We will include it in the next few lessons, but you won't see any examples of its proper usage as a punctuation mark, yet.

Just in case the semicolon symbols on this page are a little difficult to see, the semicolon looks like a comma with a dot above it.
